PHOTOS:Meet Titi, The First Ever Black Ethiopian Born Miss Israel!

Israel is putting its best face forward for President Obama, and what better face to put forward for America’s first black president than Israel’s first black beauty queen? The newly crowned Miss Israel is an Ethiopian Jewish immigrant to Israel.
She is joining Obama Thursday for the official state dinner in Jerusalem. Ethiopian immigrants have struggled to integrate into Israeli society, but Obama will be getting a taste of some of their recent success stories.
A few weeks ago, more than a quarter of all Israeli TV viewers watched the judges announce the new Miss Israel of 2013.
Titi is her name, short for Yityish Aynaw. She was the only black finalist in this year’s beauty pageant and she has become Israel’s first black beauty queen. She’s tall, commanding, and outspoken.
“It’s time that someone from my community, someone with my skin color, who is Israeli just like everyone else, represent the country,” Aynaw said.
What captivated the judges was not only her beauty, but also her life story.
Born in a small town, Titi was orphaned by the time she was about 10. She moved to Israel to live with her grandparents, who had already left Ethiopia for a new life here.
Titi said as an Ethiopian Jew, she grew up with

MUST READ WRITE UP: WHY SEX SELLS.

I stumbled upon this a while ago on facebook written by Mustapha Ifetomide elhadj'Koko, and thought to share...Its a must read.
Enjoy.......
WHY SEX SELLS I honestly have never paid much attention to her, but suddenly when I read that ‘someone’ in Nigeria – don’t worry it wasn’t Dare – paid $500,000 ( that is over N80 million Naira if you didn’t know) as appearance fee to have Kim Kardarshian make the
briefest appearance in the history of Nigerian showbiz, I got interested in her, very interested. I was not as interested in the fee as I became interested in what a woman who could attract such a fee does and what she represents.
What female personality will draw that kind of sensational attention from our garbage consuming Nigerian public? Kim – to any seasoned image manager – is the obvious choice!

The real question then is, Who is Kim?
Wiki describes her as an American socialite and TV personality who came to light in the event of winning a court case where she got awarded a $5,000,000 over the issue of a sex tape. Kim’s fame has grown on the followership she has garnered on her family reality
show – Keeping up with the Kardarshians. Kim and her sisters also co-own a fashion line called D-A-S-H. In 2011, Kim got married to a basketballer and then sensationally got a divorce 72 days after. She is also in an ongoing relationship with Kanye West and expecting his baby.

Nigerians In Malaysia Crys Out On Incessant Killings Of Nigerians By Malaysians

This is a message a concerned Nigerian citizen who stays in malaysia sent to me, and i really think this is appalling.

''2 days ago,a Nigerian was killed by some indian gangsters in Malaysia in the presence of police men who are supposed to protect lives and properties of citizens and immigrants and nothing has been done up till now to restore peace or track down this so called gangsters.

Black men in malaysia are been maltreated and given unfair judgment by this malaysian government and nothing is been done to help by our so called Ambassador, instead he left Kuala Lumpur to Singapore to hide himself. Please we beg all Nigerians to rebroadcast this message so that the Nigerian people and President and even the United Nation will know. what we are suffering out here ....

Pls, if this message touches your heart and you are your brothers keeper, please rebroadcast...Thanks all

This is  so heartbreaking. to think that this happened in the presence of the police rea;lly shows the obvious hatred they have for Nigerians.i even heard that the killer is Malaysian..why is the malaysian government treating Nigerians like trash? and the ambassador who is supposed to see to the welfare of Nigerians there is no where to be found.

i think the Nigerian government needs to make inquires about this incessant killings. I know may Malaysians live and work in Nigeria, and i have not heard or seen Nigerians maltreat them not to talk of killing them.this is absolutely unacceptable.

Please if you by chance stumbled on this post, please re-broadcast. Let's be our brother's keeper. Copy and paste on blogs,or other media outlets, tweet it on twitter, and let's make it trend! Make it a BB broadcast message. You might just be saving the next targeted victim.
Thank you all

Relationship Tips: 9 Dangerous Words Used By Women.

Hello sweethearts, how is the Easter holiday going. hope you are all enjoying the unlucky chicken and cows..Anyways in the spirit of holiday, i came across some funny relationship tips to men, ad i thought to share.
Enjoy...

1.) Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2.) Five Minutes : If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour.
Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

3.) Nothing : This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4.) Go Ahead : This is a dare, not permission. Don’t Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh : This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an and wonders
why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing.
(Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

MUST READ:Banky W's Speech At The 5th Annual Bola Tinubu Colloquium In Lagos.

Below is his speech for the The 5th Annual Bola Tinubu Colloquium In Lagos.
Enjoy.....
I recently celebrated my birthday… I was fortunate enough to go to Dubai to attend my friend Tuface Idibia’s wedding… and I want to start off my speech by showing you a couple of pictures of Dubai, because what I saw there inspired me.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is the same oil that was discovered there in the 1960’s that they used to transform that society. The very same oil that was discovered here. But what have our leaders done with it?

Benjamin Franklin once said “when you’re finished changing, you’re finished”. I’d like to take that a step further by saying “we must be a part of the change we seek, or risk being changed ourselves”.

The question is no longer “will Nigeria change”… but rather, it’s “will it change for the better or worse” and “who will lead that change”.

History is rife with instances of regimes, institutions and societies seeming stable and unshakeable… but young people being fed up with the status quo, became the catalysts of Change in their societies. In recent times we’ve seen young people all over the world clothe themselves with the “change” mantle and become a part of the movement. We’ve seen that no matter the society, and no matter the circumstances of oppression and corruption, change is possible if the people decide that enough is enough. From Tunisia, to America, to Egypt… young people are changing the world every day. Nigeria should be no different.

Must Read! Letter To My Future Wife- Written By Noble Igwe

Now i like the of man who can effectively put his thoughts in black and white..Though personally, i think he isn't yet ready# straightface# lol.
Y'all have to read this and be the judge...

Dear Future Wife,

I don’t know what you look like, if you are out here or reading this right now! If you are, please print this letter and bring it to our wedding reception. It will make a good read before our guests. They say behind every successful man is a woman. I’ll like to say that behind every successful man is a good woman because I’ve seen men that have shut down their businesses because they got involved with the wrong woman.

I want to be successful and I need to find you right now more than ever. You may not know how much I need you but I come home every night with stories that I would love to share with someone special. I come home late from clubs sometimes wishing you’d be in bed waiting for me to hug your warm body. Your slot in my life is so empty it hurts because I know you are out there without me.

American rapper Lil Wayne is epileptic.

Lil Wayne 1
American rapper Lil Wayne, has finally revealed that he is epileptic and as as result, he is prone to seizures when he doesn’t have enough rest and overworks himself.
Speculations have blamed use of sizzurps for the 30-year-old’s constant health issues, but in a new interview, Wayne, whose new LP, I Am Not a Human Being II will be in stores on Tuesday, broke his silence on the issue.
“The bad news is I’m epileptic so I’m prone to seizures,” Wayne explained. “This isn’t my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh seizure. I’ve had a bunch of seizures. Y’all just never hear about them. But this time, it got real bad because I had three of them in a row. With the third one, my heart rate went down to like 30 percent. The reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest and overworking myself.”
Wayne also stated that he has never experienced three consecutive seizures before and the last experience was more dangerous than the previous cases.
“I have people around me. I’ve actually had [seizures] so much, they already know what to do. They already expect it. They already know how to handle it. Certain times I don’t even go to the hospital but this time it was real bad because, like I said, it was three in a row. I’ve never had three back-to-back like that and the third one was so bad.”

Short story: I Wanted a Divorce

My husband is an Engineer by profession, I love him for his steady nature, and I love the warm feeling when I lean against his broad shoulders.
Three years of courtship and now, two years into marriage, I would have to admit, that I am getting tired of it. The reasons of me loving him before, has now transformed into the cause of all my restlessness.
I am a sentimental woman and extremely sensitive when it comes to a relationship and my feelings, I yearn for the romantic moments, like a little girl yearning for candy. My husband, is my complete opposite, his lack of sensitivity, and the inability of bringing romantic moments into our marriage has disheartened me about love.

One day, I finally decided to tell him my decision, that I wanted a divorce.

“Why?” he asked, shocked. “I am tired, there are no reasons for everything in the world!” I answered. He kept silent the whole night, seems to be in deep thought with a lighted cigarette at all times. My feeling of disappointment only increased, here was a man who can’t even express his predicament, what else can I hope from him? And finally he asked me:” What can I do to change your mind?”

Somebody said it right, it’s hard to change a person’s personality, and I guess, I have started losing faith in him.

Looking deep into his eyes I slowly answered : “Here is the question, if you can answer and convince my heart, I will change my mind, Let’s say, I want a flower located on the face of a mountain cliff, and we both are sure that picking the flower will cause your death, will you do it for me?” He said :” I will give you your answer tomorrow….” My hopes just sank by listening to his response.
I woke up the next morning to find him gone, and saw a piece of paper with his scratchy handwriting, underneath a milk glass, on the dining table near the front door, that goes…. My dear, “I would not pick that flower for you, but please allow me to explain the reasons further..” This first line was already breaking my heart. I continued reading.

Joke of the day..Hehehehe

Imo State Deputy Governor, Agbaso Impeached, Eze Madumere Appointed New Deputy Governor

After weeks of drama, the Imo state legislators went into labor this afternoon and after the meeting announced the impeachment of Sir Jude Agbaso from the exalted office of Deputy Governor. It will be recalled that the impeachment process began when a contractor in the state said he gave a whooping N458m naira as bribe to Sir Jude Agbaso in exchange of more contracts. While Agbaso admitted he received a bottle of Blue label porsche from the contractor, he however denied collecting bribe from the contractor (Joseph Dina).

According to reliable information reaching us, 23 out of the 27 legislators voted in the affirmative in total support of the impeachment. Out of the four, we learned that Hon. Kingsley Obimaku (Ehime mbano constituency), Hon. Eugene Dibiagwu (Oguta state constituency) voted in absentia. Hon. Dan Ikpeazu (Owerri North) who was present washed his hands off the impeachment while the Speaker, Rt.Hon. Benjamin Uwajumogu did not vote.
Meanwhile, following the impeachment of Sir Jude Agbaso, the Imo State House of Assembly has confirmed Prince Ezeakonobi Madumere as Deputy Governor.
Prior to this development, His Excellency who hails from Achi-mbieri (Mbaitoli Local government area) served as Chief of Staff to the Governor.

Please who knows this man, my ears are itching..lol

According to SDK,

This actors wife is a very domineering and jealous wife despite the fact that her actor  husband loves and respects her a lot.
Because she loves him so much she no gree give her actor husband breathing space to pursue his career.
One will hardly find this actor amongst his peers at nollywood events except when she allows him go on movie locations to shoot.
whenever this actor attends a wedding with his wife,he dares not take pictures with female fans because he wife will loose her cool publicly.

The actor only gets breathing space if his wife allows him collect scripts outside Lagos and he goes and when he does he takes a portrait of his wife and kids which must be displayed in whichever hotel room he stays.

Whenever he is on location in Lagos, his wife always barges in and out of location to keep an eye on him and this attitude doesn't go down well with some producers which has affected them giving him scripts.they say''who wants an actor whose wife follows him around..''

"Chocolate City has never released information on any owed monies by the Artiste, Jesse Jagz and as a matter of fact is not being owed any monies by the Artiste through show performances or other means. Furthermore, Chocolate City also states categorically that Jesse Jagz does not have a history of Marijuana abuse neither did it or any of its staff make any allegations to that effect...
"The Legal and Content Manager of the label commented and confirmed that ‘at no time has Jesse Jagz’s career been dormant. His sophomore album, ”Jagz Nation Vol. 1″ will be released in 2013 as scheduled. Furthermore, it is untrue that Jesse Jagz has refused to appear at the Chocolate City office when invited. Charly Boy Addresses The Oga At The Top Issue....

                                Charly & wife
"It's unfortunate, this article is coming in late. This is because I almost ignored the racket " My Oga at the top" generated. However, because of some salient lessons in the whole joke, I have decided to hit you with this

Even though, my ways may be very different from yours, I still believe we must be objective in our analysis, judgment, and conclusion about others. The NSCDC Commandant, Mr. Shem's experience in the hands of Nigerians and the Channel TV personalities cannot be too different from what many of us face on a daily bases.
Some of us have been arbitrarily judged, smashed, squeezed, criticized, and battered for several years because we have failed to be who they want us to be. Different darts and missiles have been thrown at us because they chose to judge us from the first impression they conceived about us. What insult haven't we received?

They will try to judge you by the few words they hear from your mouth. When you use signs and symbols to communicate national issues, they misconstrue every bit of it as you are either tagged the head of Nigeria Illuminati, or they may even try to put your sexuality to question. However, we still love them, and still fight for them even when they don't really understand why we are here.

New Video: Waje- I Wish.

Joke of the Day...Lmsao

Typical macho man married typical good-looking lady, and after the wedding,
he laid down the following rules:

"I'll be home when I want, if I want and at what time I want -- and I don't
expect any hassle from you.

I expect a great dinner to be on the table unless I tell you I won't be home
for dinner.

I'll go hunting, fishing, boozing, and card-playing when I want with my old
mates, and don't you give me a hard time about it.

Those are my rules. Any comments?"

His new bride said: "No, that's fine with me.

Just understand there will be sex here at seven o'clock every night -
whether you're here or not."

Comment if you understand...hehehe

Relationships: Is She a Friend Or Foe? Signs That She Wants Your Man!

Women naturally are protective by nature.  It's only through sheer instinct that women end up so protective of their men in relationships.  Apparently lately, there is reason to be. According to Oklahoma State University, women are more likely to seek men who are already in a relationship versus being single.  So naturally, this would make women everywhere a little more paranoid about their relationships and about the women who may be after their men.
Never fear, for there are signs as to whether she's after your man.  So if there's anyone that you might be worried about, look for these signs.

1) Does the woman spend a lot of time around your boyfriend?  Usually, women like to get to know their interests pretty early on.  Usually, women like to scope out the guy and his relationship status almost immediately, and the fact that he's committed is not always a deterrent.  Sometimes, in fact, it's appealing.  The fact that he is willing to make a commitment to someone else proves to the woman that he can be serious in relationships.  Some women consider obtaining an involved man to be like a game, and they want to win.
2)   Does she seem to seek out your significant other in a crowd?  Women love to be the center of attention.  They love to feel liked, pretty, and wanted.  If she's interested, she's going to want to be his center of attention to overshadow his girl.
3)  Does she pretend to like you, and actually does not?  A lot of the time, women know that they won't be able to become close to the man if they don't at least pretend to like his girl.  Sometimes the woman will talk to you, or even try hard to become your friend and gain your trust so that you will feel comfortable with her being around.  Then most of the time, she'll let it slip to others that she's just putting on a show.

SOS:Save Ihuoma Amadi & Victoria Ordu From Being Deported From Canada(For working to earn more stipend)RE-BC please!

This concerned Nigerian writes on the plight of two Nigerian students  in canada who are on the verge of being deported, just because they work(out of ignorance) for two weeks trying to earn a decent living..
Read please and re-broadcast to as many as possible..

I am surprised that I have not read in any media, local or international, about efforts by the Nigerian government to help two Nigerian students who have been on deportation list in Canada for a 'crime' that makes mockery of the very ideals that western societies proud themselves on - hard work. Victoria Ordu and Ihuoma Amadi, 20 and 21 respectively, having been holed up in the basement of a church in Canada - not for document forgery. No, not for 419, internet scam or fake marriage, but for attempting to work and earn decent stipends to augment what they get from home.

All  i could  hear was Ai Ai Ai...Lol.. maybe its my ears though.Or is there any other lyrics in that song apart from Ai?..what do you think?

Halima Abubakar: Before & Now

What do y'all think..

Waje speaks about the kind of man she wants...

Hear her..

"I want a man who fears God. A man who is confident and comfortable and would not be intimidated by things that come with what I do. I know what it is to be talking with a friend and somebody you don't know from Adam would come to excuse you and say " I want to take a picture with you" It keeps going on and on. So it's somebody who understands that can take this.

Then that person must be handsome. As a single mother the natural question people must ask is about the relationship that produced the child and what happened? some things are better left unsaid. It did not work out that is it. It has nothing to do with music or me doing music, it just didn't work out."

Lagos Monarch says Terrorist's hideout in Lagos is owned by Bayelsa State Govt.

As reported by The Nation Newspaper.

Yesterday the Ojora of Ijora, Oba Fatai Oyeyinka Aromire, in whose domain soldiers attached to Lagos internal security outfit – Operation-MESA, arrested the suspects accused the government of Bayelsa State of complicity in the presence of terrorist suspects in Nigeria’s economic hub.

Oba Aromire blamed the government for abandoning the property, a development he said encouraged miscreants to use it as a hideout.

He said all the efforts made in the past by him and security agencies to get the Bayelsa government to either demolish the building or lease it out, considering the dangers of leaving it empty, yielded no result.

There were no comments from the Bayelsa government whose official promised “to get back to” The Nation.

The royal father, who frowned at the discovery of ammunition, including two AK47 rifles in his community, said it was God who saved the state from the suspected terrorists.

The Ojora spoke during a courtesy visit of Hausa leaders, led by the Chairman of the Council of Arewa Chiefs in Lagos, Alhaji Kabiru Garuba, to his palace.

Nigerian businesswoman & socialite Nike Oshinowo Opens Up On Her Many Battles With Endometriosis

Nike Oshinowo  is a Nigerian businesswoman and socialite, an entrepreneur and former pageant director, She opened yp recently on how she has been battling with Endometriosis  since she was 13 years old.(for over 33 years now)

Nike Oshinowo speaks ...
"I have lived with Endometriosis since the age of 13. I went to boarding school in England  when I was 7. I went to prep school. It was during the first few days in secondary school that I began my periods. They called the ambulance and I was hospitalized for 10 days because the pain wouldn't stop. The pain was so intense I passed out. I thought I was going to die.

Living with Endometriosis is a challenge. When you see your doctor, your doctor tries to treat the symptoms and assumes the pain revolves around your menstrual circle. But this is not so. The pain affects every single aspect of your life. I have never had an examination without my period. There are so many things I have never done without my period. When I am happy, my period comes. When I'm depressed, my period is there. I learned to just cope with it.
